  • Designed by artist Beth Wexler, the Anxiety BOOM is a visual manifestation of the pent-up nervous energy that can, at times, take over our minds. To learn more about Wex’s unique illustration style and her connection to mental health, watch her “Behind the BOOM” HERE.

  • This collection supports Active Minds, an innovative non-profit working to change the conversation around mental health, by building peer-to-peer community chapters in schools across the country. Their work is centered around the core belief that the best way to tear down the walls of isolation and shame surrounding the mental health conversation is by talking to each other openly and honestly about our unique experiences.

  • Over 60 million people experience mental health issues every year. And that’s just the number that actually asked for help. Truth is, either directly or indirectly, a mental health issue will affect almost everyone at some point in their life. It doesn’t get much more “normal” than that, and yet, we struggle to talk about it.
